Respect Our Pharmacy Team

Our pharmacy staff are committed to providing safe, professional, and compassionate care to every patient who walks through our doors. Unfortunately, our most recent staff survey highlighted a concerning increase in incidents of physical violence and abuse directed towards pharmacy teams by the very people they are trying to help.

No one should come to work feeling unsafe, threatened, or fearful. Every member of our team deserves to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and respect while carrying out their vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our community.

We understand that illness, stress, and frustration can be challenging, and we are here to help and support you whenever we can. However, abusive, aggressive, or violent behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.

We kindly ask all patients and visitors to work with us to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone. A simple act of patience, understanding, and kindness can make a significant difference.
